Our Process
At Sofia Maruno Interiors, we understand that home is the most special place in the world. When you work with us, we take the time to attend to every detail of your project, help you avoid expensive mistakes, and make the process enjoyable and rewarding.
Our first hour consultation is free. We meet and discuss your ideas and aspirations for the project. Then we determine which service below fits you best.
How we work:
We can offer a variety of Services based on your needs. Whether you are looking to only developing the design concept of the space and hold on the implementation or if you are ready to start implementing the design project, we are happy to assist you.
Development of the Design Project:
Each hour has a $75 fee. This service include a full design presentation: Floor plan developing, Space Planning, 3D renders, MoodBoard, Material Board, furniture proposal, window coverings, wall paints, styling and a vendor's information list where you can source all the elements included in the design project.
Our Full-Service Interior Design Package includes:
- A full design plan Presentation
- Product research
- Access to To-The-Trade vendors
- Ordering
- Tracking
- Scheduling
- Installation and styling
Projects can be focused on a single, or multiple rooms. We are here to help at your pace. For new construction or renovations, we will work directly with you and your builder, contractor, or architect.
Our Full-Service Interior Design involves a returnable $2,000 deposit and a $75 hourly design fee that will be gradually deducted from the initial deposit. Please call or email us to schedule your initial consultation. We look forward to helping you create your dream home.
