Development of the Design Project
Each hour is billed at $85. This service includes a complete design presentation featuring floor plan development, space planning, 3D renderings, moodboards, material boards, furniture proposals, window treatments, wall colors, styling, and a detailed vendor list for sourcing all project elements.

Projects may focus on a single room or span your entire home — we work at your pace to bring your vision to life. For new builds or renovations, we collaborate directly with your builder, contractor, or architect to ensure every detail aligns seamlessly.
